What students practice

Leadership is treated as observable behavior, not a slogan.

01

Strengths evaluation

Students identify character and leadership strengths before putting them into action.

02

Leadership theory primer

Short, useful frameworks give students language for what they are practicing.

03

Physical and intellectual challenges

Students work through individual and team challenges with immediate reflection.

04

Team habits

Practice includes goal setting, time management, stress management, delegation, and effective teams.

The learning loop

Act, observe, reflect, adjust.

Students work individually and in small groups, then pause to name what went well, what got in the way, and how they can lead with more intention next time.
